BEING ALIVE- A short summary
![Picture](/uploads/1/2/3/6/12360422/1474410.jpg?341)
I wanted to see what was on the other side.
I am alive. I am a human being. I sense my desires. I choose the desire that I am going to fulfil. I implement the required action, which involves using all my senses and associated muscles including my ‘required action’ muscles, to fulfil that desire. I sense fulfilment and the resultant enjoyment factor and modify my actions to achieve my chosen objective and therefore to maximise my enjoyment factor.
I am doing this on a continuous basis just like breathing only thinking when I need to think.
Before I read that statement I was already doing it and whilst I am alive and awake I always will do!!!
THEORY CONFIRMED!!!!!
WOW but true!!!
The theoretical summary above and those within the website of a similar nature are about the human race of which you and I are members. To actually verify that any such theory is correct for yourself you will need to use the personal 'I' and 'my' whenever appropriate and increase your awareness of what you are doing. For that reason the above summary statement is written in the first person singular. As you become more aware of what you are doing you will discover that it is true. I believe that you are already doing it irrespective of the theoretical summary!!
Desires exist because we exist, we are alive, and we are human beings with an innate desire to enjoy being alive.
A desire is something that is sensed from within the body and that demonstrates its presence as an urge to do something, even if that something is to rest and be quiet and still. A desire is often sensed, by becoming aware of your environment using all your senses, and specific features of that environment which invokes interest or fascination. This occurs without any language or thought involved.
The fulfilment of the desire can be achieved by acquiring the necessary skills. Pressure is released as the desire is fulfilled which gives enjoyment
An unfilled desire can lead to frustration and the associated muscle tension and pressure build up that must be released through action even if that action is a response to a desire to rest when the action can be quite gentle like moving your toes or giving your body a shake.
When it is necessary to think to fulfil a specific desire or achieve a specific objective then the appropriate thinking needs to be practiced as well as the straightforward physical activities.
