Little need for money Enough will suffice
I sit I observe I listen to the sounds that fill the air
I taste and smell the aromas that surround me,
Sensing my body, quiet and still in Perfect Peace

How can I begin to describe a sea shell
A little object that displays the mystery of creation 
How can I describe the growth of an apple
But observing sitting quietly still
I learn so much more without words without thought
No desire to do anything but just observe
