REVISION and THINKING EXERCISE
OBJECTIVE
The objective of this exercise is to ensure that you have memorised the information that you may be need to use during the day to fulfil your chosen desire or to achieve a specific objective.
ABOUT THE EXERCISE
This exercise will help you to improve your memorising ability and that it is maintained at a standard that is satisfactory to yourself. Ideally you must do the exercise on a daily basis without pen, paper or aids(mentally).
The exercise can be done by a person of any age who has learnt to talk. The items shown are just examples(EG LIST), the list can be modified to suit your requirements.
If desired the exercise can be repeated and the information can be verbalised, written down, or you can do a thinking exercise like the one referred to below.
THE EXERCISE
Do a memory check of the information that you have decided is important. A example list is shown below. You should do this TABAO style; mouth closed using the appropriate muscles including all the senses. The information is heard and sensed from within the mouth cavity which you sense is correct, or if not, repeat until you are certain that the information is correct.
The list should be modified in line with your changing objectives and should be incorporated in your typical TABAO day.
EG LIST
Time, day and date
Name & Address
Telephone numbers & Email address
Place of birth & date of birth
Places of education
Important numbers e.g. National insurance number
Banking information and computer passwords.
Local geography
Using all or some of the information that you have revised and memorised invent a thinking exercise, like a plan to go to the bank and withdraw some money; going shopping or a home routine. You will discover that automatically you are using the information you have memorised and revised and you will be confirming the importance of the TABAO principle and the theory stated below associated with the State of Being Alive.
The activity of memorising and recall involved in any activity is an integral part of the activity itself including the activity of thinking when thinking is necessary.
NB It is possible to see associated recalled seen information whilst doing this thinking exercise that can only be seen when the eyelids are in the lowered position and this needs a lot of practice.
